Staff are nice and helpful. I went for change my car wipers, they took off the wipers, cut and fit them back. Good customer service.
I went in to ask about a selection of accessories. I was clear in my discription of what I needed. PS I was born in Australia so not difficulty in understanding me. The attendant did not listen even though I was very concise, he listened at me. How can I get advice when he doesn't listen. The male Asian attendant probably would have been a better person for advice. Not being able to trust what was said I left in disgust. I'll shop somewhere else. ☹️
I have to complete two reviews because from my terrible experience came a fantastic experience. Terrible experience: Employee Christo. Rude and arrogant. He installed new wiper blades on my car. One didnt work properly so i went back with a receipt and asked if he could fix it. Nothing but defensive and accused the previous installer of losing a piece of the wire. I asked him to fix it and he said 'no, i can't, take it back to Honda' when i asked to see the manager he said 'he isnt here yet you will have to wait' and walked back into the store. Leaving me in tears with frustration. This guy deserves to be fired.

Came in for windscreen wipers. Chris was amazing! Took off the wipers, cut them to fit and put them back on in like 10mins. Great service. Thank you.
